Voting is the easy part. The moment is what matters.

Zapop is the control desk for a live night: add the contestants, let the room vote on their phones, and reveal the result on stage when you say so.

  • Edit questions while voting is in progress
  • Open, close, and reveal whenever you choose
  • A projector-ready presentation under your control
  • Event report in CSV

The room joins in three seconds

Point the camera at the QR code and you're in. No app, no registration, no account — and no explanation needed from the stage.

  1. Add the contestants

One at a time or by pasting the registration sheet. Photos are optional.

  2. The room scans the QR code

No app, no registration, no account. Show it on screen or print it for the tables.

  3. Reveal whenever you choose

Closing and revealing are separate actions. The screen never announces anything by itself.

And then the screen lights up

A podium, confetti, the name up high. It isn't a chart with the result — it's the announcement.

The on-stage presentation during a reveal: final ranking with Horizon Band in first place, a three-place podium, and falling confetti.

Closing voting and revealing the result are separate actions. The screen waits for you — even if the round closed during the break and the announcement comes later.

Five ways to decide

The competition structure is already built. Choose the format when creating the event and everything else follows.

  • Single poll

One question, one winner. As simple as it gets.

  • Rounds

Each round inherits whoever you select from the previous one. You make the cut, not the count.

  • Categories

Several polls at once, revealed in the order the stage needs.

  • Head-to-head

Head-to-head bracket with byes for any number. Open the whole phase at once during the break.

  • Applause meter

No phones: whoever gets the loudest applause wins.

And some nights, nobody picks up a phone

With the applause meter, whoever the room applauds loudest wins. A single microphone connected to your laptop measures it — the same laptop already connected to the projector. No voters, QR codes, or accounts.

It's entertainment, not acoustic measurement: use it for karaoke tie-breakers, company parties, and warm-ups. Don't use it to decide a serious prize.

Clap and watch the needle move →

It opens on the demo page and only asks for the microphone after you press the button. It never touches the database or saves anything.

Try the other side

This is what the room sees on their phones. Cast a vote and see.
